Mission Statement
OUR MISSION:
- To Honor the Leaders of Our Industries.
The RV/MH Hall of Fame stands as a tribute to more than 480 inductees whose leadership, innovation, and vision shaped our shared story
- To Collect, Preserve and Display Industry History. The RV/MH Museum now holds more than 20,000 archival publications and artifacts that tell the story of our industries’ growth. Guests can walk through decades of design evolution and see how America traveled and lived.
- To Educate and Inspire the Public. Displaying the innovation and telling the stories of the individuals who have changed the two industries we represent in hopes of inspiring the next generation of RV and Manufactured Housing designers, owners, developers and leaders.
- To Host Industry and Community Events. The Northern Indiana Event Center provides over 100,000 square feet of flexible event space used year-round for trade shows, conventions, weddings, and community gatherings — drawing hundreds of thousands of guests to Elkhart each year.
- To Support the Growth of the Industries We Serve.
Through the Hall of Fame, Museum, Library, and Event Center, the Foundation provides a professional home for education, networking, and celebration of excellence within our fields.

Our Continuing Vision
In recent years, the RV/MH Heritage Foundation has achieved remarkable progress with transforming operations, modernizing facilities, and strengthening financial sustainability.
From restoring historic exhibits to launching new capital improvements, we are thoughtfully investing in the long-term success of this national treasure.
We are currently advancing a new strategic leadership plan and structuring a modernization plan, to ensure our initiatives will embody our mission statement and our campus continues to serve as the proud heart of the RV and MH industries for generations to come.
A Message from the President
When you walk through our doors, you’re not just entering a museum, you’re stepping into the living history of two great American industries built by dreamers, builders, and believers.
As President, I am honored to continue the work of those who came before me, strengthening our operations, deepening our partnerships, and expanding our reach to ensure the RV/MH Heritage Foundation remains a national beacon of pride and progress for our two industries.
Together, we can preserve this legacy.
Together, we can inspire its future.
Thank you for your continued support,
Daryll A. Milnikel
