Brian Fannon and his family built the first modern manufactured housing community in the Western suburbs of Detroit in Novi, Michigan. Fannon continued as a pioneer in the industry. He became a charter member of the first MH commission in Michigan. For 35-years, Brian has been vital to the complete development, maintenance and legislative success of the MH industry.
