Tim is president and owner of Veurink’s RV. Tim started washing Holiday Rambler trailers for his Dad’s dealership in 1971 and sold his first RV in 1972. He worked his way up to sales manager, general manager and finally to his current role. Tim has contributed much time to the RV Technical institute and served as RVDA president in Michigan. He participated in Holiday Rambler Monaca K2 dealer advisory groups, and as a national RVDA delegate. Tim is a VRV reach team volunteer and 25 year Spader group member. He has also won many awards for his innovation award twice, the Flying W Winnebago award, and several KZ diamond awards.

Knute is Tie Downs Engineering national sales manager. He started his career in 1977 at Kauffman Supply, a manufactured housing heating and cooling supplier, when he rose to vice president. In 2002 Knute assumed his current position at Tie Down Engineering, Knute has served on the MHI suppliers division board of governors since 2010. He served on MHI’s board of directors for four years and has been on the GMHA board for 10 years. Knute has received the Georgia Manufactured Home Association pacesetters award in 2018 and the GMHA chairman of the board award.

Dar is president and owner of Henry Stahla Mobile Homes. Dar joined the manufactured housing industry at 18 as a salesperson at her family’s manufactured housing dealership and mobile home park. She became sales manager in 1982 and president in 1990. Darlene was president of NMHA for four different two-year-terms. She has volunteered on the Mid-America Manufactured Housing board since 2015. Dar’s father loved to fly airplanes and she followed him by obtaining her pilot’s license. Dar won the Bonnavilla top ten sales award from 2016 to 2020 and the Champion Homes top ten sales award for 21 years.

Marc is a McGlinchey Stafford Member, He has served on MHI’s financial services division board and has been chairman of MHI’s finance lawyers committee. Marc has spent years researching and conducting legal advice and programs to better the manufactured community. He helped modify titling laws in 11 U.S States. Marc has advanced the MH industry by helping to change laws and regulations for the better. Marc won the MHI Lifetime achievement award in 2020 and has been included in the best lawyers in Americas list from 2007 through 2021.

Paula serves as CIS Financial Services President. Paula started her career with Cavalier Homes in the finance office. In 1991 she cofounded CIS financial services, a home lender and servicer provider in Alabama. She has served as an FHA underwriter in 1996 and currently serves as president. Paula has spent countless hours volunteering and participating in several associations including SCMHS board. MHI board of governors since 2002 and 22 years on AMHA board of directors. Paula has served as a THA board member, finance/ audit committee chairman and chair of its public relations committee. She is a charter member on a HUD committee for development and implementation of FHA title I and FHA title II. Paula has been named AMHA person of the year and was inducted into the Alabama Manufactured Housing Associations Hall of Fame in 2008.
