Don Clark

After losing a bet on a college football game Don’s father asked him to change his career path and interview at Coachmen RV, Don started in an entry level position and quickly worked his way up to sales. He dedicated 17 years to coachmen landing as Vice President of sales. He switched over to Keystone RV and later became Dutchmen RV president. Don left Dutchmen in 2011 and Co-Founded Grand Design which grew quickly. Clark served on several RVIA committees and contributed his time to RVDA and RVTI. Don was honored in 2016 as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneurs of the Year, Ohio Valley Region.

Terry Elias

Terry Elias

Elias started working for his father’s company in 1981 sweeping the floors. Twelve years later he became General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, eventually being named CEO in 2010. Terry became a board member of CRVA in 1995 and served 18 years, later joining RVIA to represent Canada. In 2015 he received the RVIA Special Award, and in 2016 the city of Winkler citizen of the year for community involvement.

Phil Ingrassia

Phil Ingrassia

Ingrassia has served with RVDA for 25 years but began his career in the RV Industry as RVIA’s Public Relations Manager and Communications Director then becoming RVDA’s Vice President of Communications. Since April 2012 he has served as President. Ingrassia has dedicated his time to many boards including The Mike Molino RV Learning Center, RVTI, and The Outdoor Recreation Roundtable. Ingrassia has been repeatedly awarded for his excellent work in the community for example he has been honored with the Joan Barone Shorenstein Congressional Fellow American Political Science Association award in 1989, The Certified Association Executive American Society of Association Professionals in 2005, RVDA Chairman’s service award in 2020 and RVIA National Education Award in 2023

Jeff Rutherford

Jeff Rutherford

Jeff has been in the industry for 28 years. Jeff always had great interest working in the automotive industry. After taking an awning supplier position at Carefree of Colorado he worked his way up to President before moving over to Airxcel, Where he served several positions and now finds himself as Board Chairman. Rutherford has committed his extra time to RVIA working to better the industry with his tireless work ethic and involvement. Jeff won the RVIA National Education Service Award in 2013. 

Brian Wilkins

Brian Wilkins

When Brian was a fourth grader he would walk to his family’s RV dealership (Wilkins RV) after school to clean the restrooms and take care of parts orders. Brian’s grandfather started the business and then Brian’s father took over. After graduating college as a certified public accountant, Brian than went on to buy the business from his father making him the 3rd generation owner of Wilkins RV. Brian quickly involved himself with the RVDA once his business started rapidly growing. Serving as board member and chairman brian won the David J. Humphries industry unit award from RVIA and RVDA and also the James D Summers Award from the RVDA in 2022.
